Over the past 26 years, I have built and led businesses in construction support services, Skill Development , Consumer Durables and agriculture rising from hands on operations to founder, MD, and CMO roles. Along the way, I have mentored young professionals, designed skilling programs, and coached early stage startups, helping teams improve performance, structure, and long term growth. These experiences have sharpened my ability to read people, recognize potential, and guide others through pivotal career decisions.

I’ve also spent years working closely with government skilling ecosystems, training thousands in vocational and soft skills, and advising on how to translate education into real world employability. This blend of field experience, business strategy, and people centric development has given me a practical, grounded view of what it actually takes to thrive in today’s job market.

I believe I can add deep value to an individual’s life by helping them see their strengths clearly, align their choices with their personality and goals, and navigate uncertainty with confidence.
